As if attending sessions and networking at DrupalCon Prague isn't enough (over the occassional beer, ahem) Team Deeson members have all signed up to steer a Birds of a Feather (or BoF) session. These are informal gatherings where like-minded members of the community with similar interests can talk about a topic without a pre-planned agenda. Nice.

With DrupalCon Prague kicking off in a few short days, Team Deeson is in full prep mode: Our schedules are crammed, our t-shirts and posters are printed and we even have stickers. Yes, stickers.

We Are Smarter Than Me

No DrupalCon would be complete without t-shirts. Lots of t-shirts. And we'd like to throw ours into the ring: a Drupal-inspired phrenology diagram, complete with the slogan "We Are Smarter Than Me" (hat tip to Graeme).

Mike Davis is Deeson Online's latest tech hire. He's been here seven days. That's ample time to settle in, isn't it? Here he shares a few thoughts on life, Drupal and tea.

At the end of July, we announced the latest addition to the Deeson family: Little Printer. As we said back then, we weren't entirely sure what the tiny white box was going to be used for. Fast forward a few weeks and we've come up with some ideas, the first one being the Deeson Daily.

This month's #Digibury was an example of triumph over adversity. Having had a couple of (well three) unavoidable speaker cancellations, in true collaborative style the fantastic Digibury community itself stepped up and turned the evening into an excellent ad-hoc show and tell event.

Regulars at #Digibury will be familiar with the usual set up: three excellent speakers, a room full of people... and Simon.

For August's installment, we had the room full of people, and of course the one and only Simon. But instead of three speakers, we were treated to a main presentation by Medeia Cohan-Petrolino, creative Director of School for Creative Startups.

This week we welcome the latest addition to the Deeson family: Little Printer

Remember paper? Remember how you used to 'print' stuff? Remember how it felt? Exciting, permenant... real. Well, we think this is going to return you to that warm, fuzzy place.

In a nutshell, Little Printer takes online content, repackages it and prints it out on a piece of paper the size of a receipt.

One of the great things about Drupal is it's phenomenal global community. And one of the phenomenal things about our global community is that we understand giving is just as important as receiving. This is why Deeson Online is very proud to be a Drupal Association Premium Supporting Partner.
